Refurbishment

Our refurbishment services begin with simpler objectives such as general redecoration and re-carpeting, and extend through to designing and installing brand new kitchens, the correction of remedial damp and complete re-roofing.
Buy-to-let property preparation
The day a developer or estate agent hands over keys to a property is the day that the property preparation begins. A professional and efficient property preparation goes a long way to ensuring a premium monthly rental is achieved and the risk of void periods minimised. Cutting corners or delaying action could prove costly, so we commence property preparation as soon as practical.
Unfurnished
In addition to standard developer specification, the following (where applicable) must be considered when preparing a brand new property for unfurnished lettings:
- Provision of adequate flooring/carpets
- Provision of appropriate window treatments
- Redecoration of key features or walls
- Provision and installation of kitchen and/or utility-room appliances
- Installation of lighting and light-fittings
- Installation of bathroom fittings, mirrors and storage
- Installing shelving and hanging rails to storage/hall/airing cupboards
- Ensuring electrical and gas safety reports are undertaken and certificates issued
- Producing a comprehensive bound property user guide with appliance manuals

We'll work with you to arrange a furniture package, budget and delivery date that best suit both you and your property.
